| Chiefs sign Johnson
The Kansas City Chiefs signed defensive end Trevor Johnson to a one-year contract on Thursday. Per team policy, no other terms of the deal were announced.
Johnson appeared in 12 games for the St. Louis Rams last season and totaled 11 tackles and a sack.
In 38 career games in the NFL, which included stints with the Saints and Jets, he has 49 tackles and one sack.
